Prevention & Awareness
It is vital to all of us here at the Cumbee Center that we inform as much of the population as possible on prevention methods and awareness. Along with our other job titles we are also community educators. It is our responsibility to educate one another in hopes of reaching all. We hope to reach all of the children at the schools or other locations where programs are offered. Including children of all ages all the way through college, hospitals, and law enforcement.
Victims need safety, security, ventilation, validation, prediction and preparation from us. We need to create a commitment to END, Sexual and Domestic Violence. Sexual and Domestic Violence is a SOCIETAL, not an individual problem. Sexual and Domestic Violence is complex, requiring comprehensive solutions.
Primary Prevention
