Board members are vital to the success of Cumbee Center.

The board of director’s exercise their fiduciary role to focus on the high-level strategy, oversight, and accountability of the organization. Collectively, they steer the organization towards a sustainable future by making sure we have adequate resources to advance our mission.

As a board member, you will be expected to attend board meetings on a monthly basis, attend committee meetings on a quarterly basis, attend board orientation, and participate in annual fundraisers.
